Rich golden colour. Concentrated dried fruits, floral orange peel, and honey aromas with an elegant viscous feel of honey, apricots and spices on the palate, finishing clean and citrusy.

about the harvest: Semillon, which provides structure, and Sauvignon Blanc, which provides freshness, were used in this wine.
in the cellar : Berries were selected in the vineyard, of which 98% were botrytis infected grapes. There was a long fermentation with Vin 7 yeast after which the wine was transferred to 100% French oak.
It remained in barrel for 14 months to add further complexity.
