The combination of two Rieslings give spiciness and pineapple fruit flavours on the nose and palate, whereas the Colombards lovely flowery scent and peardrop character is evident on the nose. The wine has a full, fresh, crisp taste with lingering fruit, finishing dry in the mouth.
