The mouth and nose are filled with a complex mixture of peppadews, black pepper, cinnamon spices, berries and cigar box hues. The flavour of dried peaches lingers at the back of the palate. The wine is full, yet elegant and a perfect accompaniment to any meat dish, especially pork roasts, or other cuts with a creamy sweet sauce as well as traditional dishes like bobotie and venison stews.
