The southwest-facing vines on Hillcrest yielded 7 tons per hectare.
The south-facing vines on Kingskloof yielded 6.5 tons per hectare.

in the cellar : The grapes were hand-picked at 22.5° Balling and then hand-sorted to select only the finest grapes. Great care was taken to keep the grapes and juice under cool and reductive conditions throughout the vinification process.
