Deep ruby red with garnet rim, rich and savoury with lots of spice cedar wood. Slight sweet on entry, long finish with well-integrated oak and silky tannins. To ensure maximum quality and complexity, this wine has not been stabilized or filtered.

in the vineyard : Climate: Mediterranean - Wonderful cool breezes coming from the Atlantic Ocean. WIth an average rainfall of 1100mm per annum.
Soil type: Glenrosa and Clovelly.
about the harvest: The grapes were picked at 25º Balling.
in the cellar : Fermentation took place in the open tank for ± 8 days. Lots of pump overs. Wines were matured in 100% new 225 litre French oak barrels for 18 months.
