Chicken, guinea fowl, duck and rabbit.Fish: Scampi, shrimps, Jacobs’s mussel and lobster. Depending on cooking method all freshwater and sea fish.Herbs: Parsley, chives, dill, tarragon, white pepper and coriander. Fennel, bay leaves and saffron.
