Dominique is an elegant â€œRed-Blendâ€ composed of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot and 16% Cabernet Franc. Intense dark fruit aromas such a blackcurrant and plum are underpinned by toasty oak and spicy, licorice notes. The palate is full-bodied and fleshy.
