Swartland Cabernet/Merlot Reserve 1998

All grapes come from bushvines Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness as determined by the sugar/acid ratio of every vineyard. Fermented on the skins for at least 3 days and further fermentation in stainless steel tanks until the wine is dry.
