in the vineyard : Brandvlei Winery uses a selection program to identify, manage and harvest the best of the Chenin Blanc vineyards. This results in vineyard wines, harvested and fermented on their own. The end product is wines of high quality and lots of fruity bouquets. It is especially the guava flavour that becomes prominent in these selected wines.
