in the cellar : For this wine only fully ripe grapes are selected and used. The juice is fortified with brandy spiritus to the required strenght of 17%. The sugar in the juice is 300g/l. The juice will not undergo any fermentation and the aim is to maintain all the aroma of the Hanepoot grapes (muscat and raisins that are tipical for this cultivar).
