Five Heirs Sauvignon Blanc 2003

This wine has an attractive yellow-green hue. Tropical fruits, pineapple and guava are predominately present on the nose. The palate shows finesse and elegance. The tropical tones continue through to the palate, but is supported by a crisp acidity. This wine should be enjoyed within a year of vintage.

Enjoy with fish, pasta or any white meat dishes.

in the cellar : Grapes destemmed and crushed prior to mash cooling. Gentle pressing followed by over-night settling of the juice with pectolytic enzymes. Cold fermentation at 13°C with selected yeast strains. Reductive handling throughout the vinification process.
