Bartho Eksteen Premier Choix Sauvignon Blanc 2003

A single vineyard wine. Bright and lively with a green tinged colour. Typical gooseberry and intense tropical flavors with special emphasis on pineapple and passionfruit. The creaminess of a small persentage of wooded Semillon fills up the mid palate. Distinctive characteristics are its fresh acidity, flowing balance, solid length, rich consistency, fresh finish and sophisticated complexity. A medium to full bodied wine. Certainly a wine with a solid structure, which will still develop with age.
