Dark mulberry in colour, this youthful wine has a peppery flavour with hints of vanilla from the oak maturation and berry fruit on the nose. It has a layered structure on the palate and nose with well- integrated wood and mature tannins. This wine is an excellent complement to roast fillet, lamb and gammon.
