These magical grapes are from the farm of partners in this venture, Bridget and Julian Johnsen. The vineyard is situated on the south facing foothills of the Perdeberg Mountains in Agter Paarl. They are crushed separately into the same tank where they ferment together. Heaps of ripe plums and mulberries accompanied by a hint of herbaceousness and a good dollop to minerality.
