This light lemon-colored wine is one of the most aromatically beautiful Sauvignon’s that South Africa offers. Abundant aromas of green figs, citrus (limes) with hints of gooseberries and flint. An enticing palate – almost Sancerre-like. The mouth teems with elegant acidity and full-bodied richness. Lingering finish. A benchmark example of the cool-climate wines of the Constantia region.
