Deep red colour with brick-red rim. Smoky plums and dense berry flavours on the nose. Gently oaked, leaving a vanilla impression on the finish.

about the harvest: Grapes are from selected vineyards throughout the valley. This enables the winemaker to produce wine with the exceptional flavours and drinkability.

in the cellar : Grapes are fermented on the skins under controlled temperatures. Yeast strains are selected to enhance the natural flavours of the grapes. Wood chips were added after fermentation for more complexity.
