Opaquely-coloured, dense red. Lightly wooded, showing brambly, cassis fruit with whiffs of mint chocolate and camphor. Complex, dense flavours of plum and mulberry fruits with hints of mocha and spice.

about the harvest: Grapes are from selected vineyards. Throughout the valley this enables the winemaker to produce wine with exceptional flavours and drinkability.

in the cellar : Grapes are fermented on the skins under controlled temperatures. Yeast strains are selected to enhance the natural flavours of the grapes. Wood chips were added after fermentation for more complexity.
