This fresh, unoaked and stylish wine offers delicate floral aromas and a combination of melon and pineapple, all backed by firm, natural acidity that compliment it’s wonderful balance.

Ideal as an aperitif it is delicious served with chicken, fish, salads or creamy pasta's.

AWARDS
These wines were produced by the Bouwland winery which is owned and run by the farm workers, who through an exciting empowerment project, bought the majority of the shares in the property. Together with celebrated winemaker Beyers Truter who retains an interest in the farm, the team has produced these deliciously rich and fruity wines.
in the vineyard : Climate: A cool growth season with cool days and warm evenings ensured a very slow ripening process in the vineyard. No extreme temperatures were experienced during the month of January and harvesting occurred towards the middle of February.
Soil: Hutton, Clovelly
Yield: 8 Tons/ha

in the cellar : Grapes were crushed and juice was clarified thereafter. This wine was then fermented at 14ºC for 14 days. The yeast used was Vin13.
