Medium bodied, lots of ripe fruit with fresh acidity. Juicy, blackcurranty fruit, hints of mint chocolate and a long, savoury finish. Tannins ripe and soft, but with lots of structure to carry dark berried fruitiness.
Serve with lighter red meats, oven baked lamb ribs or whole rack of lamb.
