Ruby plum colour with a garnet edge. Poached strawberry aromas with plum pudding and dark chocolate. Spicy cassis fruit with a bit of meatiness on the palate.

about the harvest: Grapes are from slected vineyards throughout the valley. This enables the winemaker to produce wine with exceptional flavours and drinkability.

in the cellar : Grapes are fermented on the skins under controlled temperatures. Yeast strains are selected to enhance the natural flavours of the grapes. Wood chips were added after fermentation for more complexity.
