Nose: Fresh, tropical fruit flavours, ripe pineapple, kiwi-fruit and freshly cut grass.
Palate: Crisp and refreshing with kiwi-fruit, glacé fruit and cool herb flavours. Light bodied with medium length. Just enough acidity to make it a pleasant easy drinking wine.
Serve with tender grilled calamari on a bed of herbed rice, or with other delicate summer dishes like yellowtail with avocado sauce and simple roast chicken.
