Deep purple colour. Smokey, spicy, ripe cherry, mulberry nose. All repeat in the mouth with addition of some savoury notes, some karoo bos and sweet tobacco. Good, firm mouthfeel. Fuller than I recall previous vintages. More substantial drink than before and would imagine more development potential than previous. Lovely long, full finish.
