ageing : At present the wine is still young, but promises to have much depth over a period of 3-5 years.
in the vineyard : The vineyards are situated mainly in the Paardeberg, Malmesbury area. The vineyards are both non irrigated bush vines with a natural tendency to lower yields.

in the cellar : The wine is aged in a barrel for 12 months, which further enriches the complexity and flavour. It contains 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot.
