Colour: Slightly shaded, youch of lightening to Tawny at the meniscus, indicating that the wine is reaching a stage leading to its maturity.Nose: Ripe, slightly fruity but with the underlying aromas typical of Cabernet Sauvignon.Appearance: Bright, plenty of trails down the side of the glass0’legs’ in French term-indicative of quality.Taste: Good balance of tannin and acidity- the tannin will soften gradually. The wine is at present firm, slightly reserved. A ‘fundi’ might say it possesses the touch of austerity typical of quality cabernet.
