in the cellar : Both the 100% natural red and white grape juices are made from Muscat seedless grapes. After harvest and destalking the grapes are processed through the separator. The skins and juice are separated. The juice is placed in a stainless steel tank. After the juice has settled it is filtered and SO² is added. The grape juice is then immediately sent to a bottling company where CO² is pumped through to make it lightly sparkling and then it is bottled.
