in the cellar : Plumy red colour. This medium bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has blackberry and cassis fruit aromas dominating, complemented by whiffs of chocolate and vanilla oaken. On the palate the tannins are soft, the acids gentle and the ripe berry and plum fruit flavours integrate with oak to produce a clean, balanced wine. For immediate enjoyment or medium term cellaring. Ideal with red meats, especially steak, veal and spicy chicken.
