Colour: Rich ruby red with a slight garnet tint.
Nose: A pleasant whaft of ripe berry fruits.
Light-bodied and juicy, very easy to drink red-berry fruit.

A 'amongst friends' wine to be enjoyed with a braai or with a pizza.

about the harvest: The varietals were both hand and machine harvested at optimal ripeness from a selection of vineyards in the Tulbagh Valley.
in the cellar : Fermentation took place on the skins in stainless steel fermenters. Fermentation temperatures did not exceed 30ºC. Frequent pumpovers till dry. This wine is not aged in wood, to maintain the fresh-easy drinking style.
