about the harvest: Handpicked at optimum ripeness of 25°B in mid-February from various vineyards on selected sites to enhance the Merlot characteristics of the wine.

in the cellar : Some cold maceration prior to fermentation. Aerated pump overs with extended maceration of ±7 days. Malolactic fermentation finished in stainless steel tanks. Barrel maturation for 12 months in 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd fill French Oak.
