Taste: Well-balanced, clean, medium-bodied wine with typical and delicious fruity, aromatic characteristic, good acid and a long, clean finish.

An elegant, fresh and interesting wine for all occasions. Suited to accompany all light foods, particularly poultry and cold buffets, or for drinking on its own. Serve well chilled at 10 - 12oC.

in the vineyard : Weisser Riesling from German clones (239 Y), from vineyards planted in 1986 on deep red (Hutton) soils, and grafted on resistant rootstock (Richter 99) selected for the specific growing conditions.

in the cellar : Relatively small yield (8 tons per hectare), hand-picked at optimum ripeness (21o Balling), then lightly pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14oC.
