Planted in 1926, these old knobbly vines produce low yields and an intense wine. Made in the same method as Ouma se wyn. Beautiful with chocolate mousse, strong cheeses or figs. The wine shows complex flavours of dark chocolates, black plums and a long creamy finish. Awards received for previous vintage: Double Gold at the Veritas Awards and silver at Muscats of the World.
