about the harvest: The grapes were hand harvested on 28 January 2005 at 24,0º Balling into bins and transported to the cellar immediatley.
Tons per hectare: 7,4 tons per hectare

in the cellar : After being destalked the skins and juice passed through the separators. The juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks and the skins to press. The juice was the inoculated with yeast for fermentation. After the juice was fermented dry at 12–14ºC. Thereafter it was cold stabilised and filtered and bottled.
