Age: The vineyards were planted in 1982

about the harvest: The grapes were hand harvested in January 2007 at 24º Balling into bins and transported to the cellar immediatley.
Tons per hectare: 5.8 tons per hectare

in the cellar : After being destalked the skins and juice passed through the separators. The juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks and the skins to press. The juice was the inoculated with yeast for fermentation. After the juice was fermented dry at 12º–14ºC. Thereafter it was cold stabilised and filtered and bottled.
