Bilton Shiraz 2003

Veritas Awards 2005 - Silver
A classic Shiraz with a bouquet of black cherries, prunes and roasting spices. Medium-bodied on the palate with revealing well-ripened dark cherries. It is an appealing silky textured offering that ends in a beautiful balance of savoury spice and toasty vanilla flavours.

Strongly recommended with roast lamb and mint sauce of well-cured ham.
