Nose: Lovely whiff of ripe green apple with touches of capsicum and green pea.
Palate: Ripe apple follow through on the palate, backed by firm crisp natural acidity.

Full flavoured chicken dishes, barbequed fish, creamy pasta, quiche and salads.

about the harvest: Grapes were harvested from two vineyards in the Tulbagh Valley. Harvesting took place on the 1st of February 2005 at 21.5° Balling and 23.5° Balling.

in the cellar : After the grapes were crushed, cooled and pressed the juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks. The juice was settled overnight and fermentation took place at 13° - 14°C for 13 days.
