Colour: Lemon yellow with faint green tinge.
Nose: Lovely whiff of ripe green apple with touches of capsicum and green pea.
Palate: Ripe apple follow through on the palate, backed by firm crisp natural acidity.

On its own with soft white cheeses, rich saucy dishes, fresh seafood or the traditional Greek salad.

about the harvest: Grapes were harvested from selected vineyards in the Tulbagh Valley. Harvesting took place at about 22.5° Balling.

in the cellar : No skin contact. After pressing the juice was settled for 24 hours at 10°C before being racked and inoculated with selected commercial yeast cultures. Fermentation took place at 14° - 16°C.
