A stylish and elegant Syrah with loads of white- and black pepper with spicy flavours supported by ripe cherry and blackcurrant. This wine has a huge ageing potential and will develop as the Northern-Rhone style of Côte Rôtie & Hermitage.

Serve with a rich cassoulet featuring duck and spicy sausage, or pot roast studded with bacon.
