Bon Cap Organic Syrah 2003

Spice and pepper aromas supported by black cherry and plum flavours. Smokiness and mocha flavours, with silky tannins. Very good wood integration on this vintage. Lingering on the after palate, this wine will age beautifully.

Serve with a rich cassoulet featuring duck and spicy sausage, or pot roast studded with bacon.
