A fun wine packed with ripe red berry fruit, strawberry, cherries and candy floss enhanced by integrated oak flavours that carries onto the palate leaving a mouthful of fresh berries, coconut and mocha.

in the cellar : This wine was made in a new world style with ripe fruit flavours and subtle tannins for early enjoyment. Grapes were picked at full ripeness and fermented in open fermentation tanks with punch downs 4 x daily, before pressing at 5Â° Balling, fermentation and malolactic fermentation was completed in stainless steel tank. Maturation was done is stainless steel tanks with a combination of French and American oak staves and micro-oxygenation for a period of 12months.
