Graham Beck The Ridge Shiraz 1999

Deep, rich plummy colour. A bouquet that¹s intensely warm and smoky in character, with distinctive hints of spice. On the palate, the fruit emerges beautifully and in superb symmetry with the wood. It¹s ready to be enjoyed now, but with further bottle maturation, this wine¹s excellent structure will allow hidden layers to develop in a most impressive manner. Delicious with oxtail stew, moussaka, venison, goulash and lamb chops.
