The inky-purple coloured Veenwouden Classic 2000 displays a wonderful perfume of sweet crushed blackcurrants and blackberries, with roasted espresso, minerals and scorched earth. After this wonderful aromatic display we have a rich textured, opulent, full bodied wine with great concentration and silky sweet tannins. This beautifully balanced wine ends with a majestically long finish.
