in the vineyard : The Non Vintage Port is made from a block of port vines planted in 1994. The cultivars include Tinta Barocca, Tinta Roritz and SousÃ£o. The rootstock is Richter 99 and the Perold trellising system is utilized. The block is 260m above sea level and on a northwest facing slope.

about the harvest: The port vines yield 5.5 tons per hectare. The grapes are harvested at 26Âº Balling.
