Kaapzicht Pinotage 2003

Rich deep purple colour with slightly paling rim. Chunky mulberry and black cherry fruit are well integrated with sweet oak vanillin’s to create a tapestry of flavour. Supple tannins provide a well-balanced framework for super-rich fruit concentration.

Elsie Pels, Cape Wine Master

A definite food wine. Enjoy with saddle of wild boar with juniper berries, rack of lamb with rosemary or pungent cheese platter.
