A difficult wine to describe, it's so unique! On the nose, a complex array of aromas that preside in succession: citrus blossoms, ripe pears, hazelnuts and toast are just a few. The palate follows in the same vein, but with heady flavors of melon, apricot and cashews, seasoning the framework of warm alcohol and balanced acidity. Winemaker Rod Easthope's personal favorite.
