We aged this wine for 18 months in the bottle before release. The result is a unique wine that is impressive of the best that South African Chardonnay has to offer. It has an unmatched mineral and concentration in the aromas as well as the palate. A structured wine that is well suited for ageing.

in the cellar : A very small vineyard once again produced exceptional fruit in 2004. Whole bunch pressed directly to cask for natural fermentation and maturation of 15 months. 100% Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally.
