about the harvest: Selected vineyards from our growers were used for both the Shiraz and Cabernet component. Shiraz harvested the last week in February and Cabernet Sauvignon mid-March

in the cellar : Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Both wines underwent malolactic fermentation in 300 L French oak barrels and aged in barrels for 12 months.
