Stellekaya Merlot 2004

2006 Juliet Cullinan Wine Connoisseur's Awards - Silver
Inspired by the brightest star in Taurus, the 'giant red', Aldebaran, known as the 'eye of the bull'
A medium styled wine with elegant nuances of plum, black current and spice combined with soft full ripe tannins create a complex and unique South African Merlot.

It's amenable character will make it good to match most food, including white meat and poultry. Eg: Roasted Five Spice Duck on a bed of crispy noodles.
