Stellekaya Merlot 2002

Inspired by the brightest star in Taurus, the 'giant red', Aldebaran, known as the 'eye of the bull'.
Has chocolate-mint tones and Merlot's trademark fleshy roundness, underpinned by enough oak to support additional maturation.

Its amenable character will make it a good match for most food, including white meat and poultry.
