Spier Private Collection Chenin Blanc 2005

Veritas 2006 - Gold
5 stars – John Platter 2007
An attractive, golden wine, with ripe pineapple, tangy peach, and hints of honey. The balanced, creamy palate rewards with generous fresh fruit, crisp acidity and a lingering, leesy finish.

Serve with seafood, poultry or pork. Fusion food is recommended – anything that is a little spicy.
