Typical ripe Pinotage flavours of plums, berries and a hint of tropical banana on the nose. Soft juicy fruit flavours on the palate. The wine is medium-bodied with an easy accessible structure. The finish is clean and rewarding.

An all-occasion red that was produced and structured in a way to please most palates and all occasions. Enjoy as an aperitif, even chilled or with your favourite pizza, at a braai/barbeque or with other Cape dishes like babotie and tomato bredie.

about the harvest: Grapes were handpicked, destalked and cool fermented between 20 and 25Â°C.

in the cellar : Three aerated pump overs per day and pressed as soon as fermentation was completed. Malolactic fermentation completed in stainless steel tanks to retain fruit.
