It arrived here over many years rolling from the mountain slopes around the valley. An individualistic Sauvignon blanc, which becomes rich and rounded with bottle age. Herbaceous flavours of asparagus and fig leaves and creamy richness on the palate make this an exceptional food Sauvignon blanc.
